Default Turbo and wheel size ?

I know it seems like a no brainer question
But does wider wheel gives you more grip ?
Recently I went boost and my car spins or loses traction to the side side booty shake
I didn't notice much on NA but I feel like what's the point of all power if it can't keep it on the ground ..
I see many post and thread here and outside here they says it supposed to help with wider wheel for the grip
But in "in real life practice" that is not always true and could even lose traction and speed
I just wanted hear from you guys experience rather than a theory

Just get stickier tires. Wider with stickier tires will give you more grip. Wider with all season tires wont be as much grip as narrow tires with summer performance tires.

If your just looking for straight line performance. 255/50/16 drag radials will work on stock ap1 rear wheels.

What wheels, tires, and tire size do you have? Sticky 255/40r17 hooks pretty good at 500hp
