Thanks for your replies, tbh I’m not sure what make the belt is, my garage I use got it for me, all I can see it says is 6pk1255, I will look at the ones that have been mentioned. Does anyone with the same size pulley as me know what size belt they use please?
And it’s definitely oil mist coming out of the bov, I cleaned it earlier and and my oil catch can sits below it and after a short boot around it had a mist of oil on it again.

Iv been reading up on loads now and think I’m overspinnining my blower with a 3.4 pulley. Mine is a 2003 2.0, here is the description from when I bought the kit, the garage fitted the kit and I still have the red pulley left over but can’t make out what that was as don’t think that was the standard vortech pulley.

One eyebrow raising thing I noticed on that text message of yours is "NO OIL PAN TAP, braided line runs directly through the oil drain bolt opening". That may be your problem. The Vortech instructions apparently clearly state that that method should not be used and I've heard before that it could cause oil to return via that line into the blower's housing and eventually visibly come out. Maybe that is your problem.
P.S. S2000Junky never had a problem with his similar oil return via the sump plug though so it's kind of hard to say for sure now

That's definitely not the stock size or even an original Vortech pulley. They never came in red and more importantly your '03 kit was for AP1 F20C so it came with a 5" pulley as standard and your aftercooler does not include a 5th injector like mine which is an '04-05 kit does.

I have an ap1. In the uk we don’t have a 2.2. That’s what I’m worried about but I been tryna research all day and some people have my pulley with ap1 and some people say 3.6 was the smallest. It’s pretty confusing tbh lol
