It's not worth it to change the valves right? Just springs and retainers?

I bought supertech valve guides cause i couldnt get my hands on ferrea ones and well bronze is bronze lol but when my machine guy went to replace them he said the stock steel ones were absolutely fine and there was no need to replace them even with the new valves.

Overheated valve from a timing issue I believe but it just happened in the middle of a hwy pull. All retainers were intact even after all this.

And I agree regarding the valve guides, if the stock ones are still good I would just reuse them.

I ordered the valve guides to be safe, as it was such a small cost in total when all the other stuff. It would be a lot more expensive if I had to order them later. If the stock guides are fine, then I'll just use them.

FYI, the InlinePro stuff IS Supertech. My head builder confirmed it. I went with Ferrea valves and IP valvetrain (I got a very good deal).
