Default When should you upgrade your MAP sensor?

I have read some posts about guys upgrading their map sensors but wasnt sure why. When is it needed?

Im running a CTSC w/ FMIC @13psi. Do i need to upgrade my MAP sensor?

Who offers aftermarket sensors?

Yes you need to upgrade to a 3 bar map . I believe the stock map is only good to 10 or 11 psi...You can get a GM 3 bar or inline pro sells one

the IP 3 bar map sensors say it is used in conjuction with a HonData. Will i be able to run this with my AEM EMS 1052U?

AEM, GM 3Bar (Cheap), and I think there is some other brand (look like the stock one)

I have a Hondata 4 bar map sensor for sale. Only used for 1k miles. It works with AEM as well.

do i really need a 4 bar map sensor though? i dont plan on boosting much higher then where i am now..

besides, the IP map sensor is $95
