Wiring accessory sensor to EMS
I've been trying for the past hour to get one of those stupid silver pins with the accessory "D" harness into the harness. It does not want to go all the way. I'm just curious if I'm missing something here because this is getting really annoying. I just exposed some wire, crimped the pin on, and I've been trying to push it into one of the 0-5v availble inputs (D8 with is ADR14). No dice. It just will not lock in!
Please help.

I had trouble with this when I changed from a 1012 to 1052. Needed to relocated the Boost Control signal from the B to the D connector.
I found the white locking mechanism straight away but didn't know which way around the pin went. It has two little tabs on it and I eventually got it to lock in but I'm still not sure which way around is correct.
