Cal coast + S2 = Heaven
 

The wife and I spent four wonderful days in the very, very small town of Elk right on the California coast on Hwy one celebrating our anniversary. We spent our time relaxing and driving the beautiful Coast Hwy One. I would highly recommend this drive from the Bay Area up North to everyone in the Bay Area if you get the chance. Beautiful scenery and twisty roads. A match made in heaven, Hwy One and the S2.

Isn't that a beautiful part of the world. My wife and I spent a four day weekend there. Drove down from Oregon, and stayed at a great B&B just outside of Elk, right on the coast, just a walk to a private beach. We had a great time, driving, checking out the scenery and going out to some great meals.

Sorry to hear about your lay-off. But at least you had a great time before it.

Yes it is very beautiful but so is the Oregon coast. My wife and I have been to Lincoln City a few times and have driven back home by way of the coast.
I hope to make that trip again but this time drive the S2.

Wow, nice pictures! That's a pretty crappy return to work, though. :( Hopefully something new will be just around the corner for you.
