that was pretty cool, but i think that an s2000 with aero/suspension/breather mods would've given that bike a harder time...that m3's nice but too heavy to compete w/the small/nimble bike. nice vid though

lolwut. A V8 M3, even with the extra weight, would murder a modded s2k in all but the most extreme cases.

i think you're underestimating the car/driver. I gave a v8 m3 a run for it's money on the track, and it wasn't in an s2000 (actually a car with far less power). weight is a big deal on the track.

I think that you would be hard pressed to find a car that would beat a well prepped bike on that course. It is too wide open with too many sweepers and straight bits. The bike would have a harder time on a tighter course. I am surprised though that the bike still caught the car once it started getting wet.

I agree, pretty hard to find a car that'll beat the bike.

although I still believe an s w/bolt-ons would've put up more of a fight than that m3.

BMW commercial it feels like I'd need more convincing to believe a bike would catch a car on a wet track, given equal driver/rider. cornering speed is in the car's favor, especially in the wet.

The bike has ABS and Traction Control, it also weighs in at 455 pounds and has 193HP stock.

Pretty sure that bike would pretty much kill anything with a decent rider except maybe an extremely technical tight course.
