damn he got lit up by that fence!!!

 

So...
(I'm guessing)
the fence was used to keep animals in (no way a fence to keep a snake in).
the snake came in to eat the animal (it was skinny so no problem)
on the way out, the swollen belly caught the electrified fence

 

I don't think that snake is dead.... look at the two pics again..
