HD video from the best driving road in the US
Your opinion might vary, I know there are a lot of great driving roads that I have never been on. What sets this one apart is the distance (90 miles) and seclusion. I have done the whole drive and not seen a single car on the road. We caught up to 3 trucks this time, probably because its prime hunting season. The corners are almost too tight in some sections, a lot of first gear if you want to stay in the powerband.
The car: http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/m...sWheels044.jpg The road: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=en&geoc...184&ie=UTF8&z=9 Video 1 starts out just past Morenci by the biggest copper mine in North America. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pVhH3X3Gdc Video 2, there is about a 5 mile gap between video 1 and 2. I recently lowered the car more and discovered that I rub hard on right handers as you will hear. That slowed us down a bit overall, but still a fun drive. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pkVZ3R3M9H4 Video 3 is a continuation of 2, about 1 minute missing in between http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7N4gACinl8k Video 4 is on US 180 coming back into AZ from NM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SN3VrKSuP20 It's a lot of video to take in, but the scenery is nice.
