For a year or so I was determined to hit 13's with my all motor 230whp RSX type-S. With the car wheelhopping like an earthquake it was really not easy to launch on street tires, but that was my goal. The closest I got was 14.0 @ 101. I traded that in on the S2000 and hit my goal the first time at the track. Which makes sense seeing as how RWD is much more easier to get out of the hole.

Anyways 96 degree heat and first time at the track heres my 13.98 run, I was dissapointed with only trapping 99 but I figure on a nice cooler day I may hit higher mph numbers. And I was also learning how to launch the car for the first time also.

235hp ??? On just a Mugen Snork an HKS exhaust

How'd you manage that, are you tuned aswell?

 

Yea I can't quite believe 235 with a hks exhaust. I have dyno numbers to prove that lol. Might be 235 at the crank

 

a buddy of mine made 220 on a dynojet with a k&n drop in and a test pipe so i dont think 15 hp with a real intake and exhaust is such a non-beleivable thing......it's not such a far stretch if you get what im saying.

 

He said the 235 was on a k20 people.

235 seems like a stretch with those mods.
