I have found that many photos showing off the s2000 often detract from the main subject. Well, in this pic, there is nothing to detract you from the subject. The s2000, and nothing but. Cant get much cleaner than this folks....
I see many photos here that could have been SOOO much better, if the person spent a few more seconds posing the car properly, etc. I would like to make a photo tips thread...If you have a pic that you might want critiqued, or maybe want to learn how to get a bit better, post it up for some good advice.
P.S. obviously the pic above is photoshopped. It was done to exaggerate the simplicity of a photo....and that you dont need/want a busy background to have a nice end result.
1)The wheels look like the camera gods stole them...I know they are black, but you cant see them at all...need to bring them out a bit more...underexposed.
2)The background is a bit bright....the sky takes away from the cars presence. If you adjust the lighting of the background, and bring your wheels out a little bit, it would be a great photo. Taking photos of black wheeled cars isnt easy....
This IMHO is what your photo *should* have looked like....Notice you can now see the details of the wheels, and the car itself is a more prominent object in the photo....
Here are few that I have taken. Feel free to critique them if you would like
Pic #1 and # 3 IMHO are flawless. Magazine quality if I may say so myself. The second pic the focus seems to be the ground. I know its the s2000, but my eyes are being pulled toward the center of the photo. I would think the pic would be a bit better if everything but the car was a bit out of focus. Just my .02, however, the the first and third example, you are definetely skilled....so I could be wrong
yeah its supercharged also. The car belongs to 04rios2k.
But thanks for the critique NFRs2000NYC. I know what your saying about the 2nd pic. I just wanted to try something a little different. I need to crop out that stupid stick too. Im too lazy. haha.
