I just got this game... ill post some screens when i get a s2k.

Also, from what i read EA games outsourced this to the same people who made GTR2, which is a great racing sim.

 

It's a good game, but I'm going to say the Works AP1 is crap in comparison to many cars and I found it not very competitive on tier 4. I actually like the Works Lambo the best so far, you can go deep into the red driving line before braking. I want something with a more fwd feel on corner exit, think I'll mod the STI next.

 

I like the shots...I will be buying this game very soon.

 

From what everyone is saying, this doesn't seem to be the typical NFS arcade crap. I might go out and get this to hold me over until Forza 3 comes out.

 

ive been playing this for ps3 since day 1 with teh wheel. i cant get enough of this game. the in car view is by far the best racing experience ive ever played.

 

I have a works upgraded S, a works upgraded GTR, and a Zonda R in Shift.

I like the game but it pisses me off. The computer drivers are such dirty drivers. Everytime I try to pass in the higher level races they sidswipe me, or rear end me in the corners, or slam into my rear quarterpanels....basically anything that can be done to cause me to spin.

How does the engine sound in the game? Notable VTEC changeover?

Particularly the S2k sounds terrible IMO. Not even close and no Vtec.
But other cars in the game are really close to the real thing. The 370Z and the EVO sound amazing.
