If I recall, I think that specializing your tags are pretty cheap in VA. When I was going to school there, it seemed like everyone had specialized plates.
Not that it matters but I hated living in VA, probably one of the most boring states ever IMO. The only plus of living in VA was.......... yep, nothing. |

i moved to NoVA about 3.5 yrs ago and have found it to be pretty cool once you meet the right people. as much as i do like it here i wanna move back to Tampa. |
