Nice pictures!

You must have had a serious telephoto on that camera! I know at the zoo by me they dont let me get that close to the animals.

Wow, really good pics. ***EDITED asked about your rig***. Those pics reminded me of my recent trip to the SD Zoo. I only had a puny Canon SD410 with a 4x zoom. Then I see all these guys with SLRs and monster TP zoom lenses...I felt so lacking
