Default A rough start build thread..

Bought the car a few months ago and have been kinda busy with school and work.

Regardless bought the car like this......

and came with all these......

don't plan on using these

a few months later....... a bunch of things came in

like AP1 wheels

CP Pistons

BC H Rods

and Darton W.E.T. sleeves

and how the engine looks like now

Car is coming along slowly, but surely it will be ripping sooner than later. I have bought a bunch of goodies, and will post those soon.

LOVE IT. I love people like you that will go and do the extra effort to restore a car like that, and put it back on the road instead of letting it sit like that. And usually they end up in a junk yard or something.

I give you props for that buddy ,and the build looks very interesting with some shiny parts going in. Saying shiny since I don't know much about built motors and turbo kits etc haha. Best of luck with the car, I am currently in the process of rebuilding my second s2k off an auction so we are kinda in the same boat lol.

i thought our cars had a few more years before they would have to be "saved" like this

what is the story on why you bought it? and what made you choose the s2000 platform to begin with.? as a fellow s2000 owner thanks for saving that car, it looks like it had a very troubled life up until this point
