BFGoodrich DRs are great for drag racing, but I wouldn't run them on the street. I know a guy with a Z06 who runs them on the street because he has serious traction issues (go figure). I don't think DRs are good for corners...

yea...i hear ya
i only use my falkens for the track...otherwise i run bridgestone potenza g009's on stock rims for normal driving
i plan to get the DR's for track use only

The main reason I can "get away with" using RT-615s for daily driving is because I live in San Diego and we get very little rain.

the rt's are prob the best high performance tire like that that has at least a little usage in the rain...they are ten times better than drag radials in the rain

Can't remember for sure, but I know they weigh less than a pound an inch.
