Wow, you put a whole new perspective for me of selling my car. I am in the same boat as you. I don't have to sell my car but I bought a house and could use the extra money to furnish it. But after reading your story, how much you miss your car and stuff, I don't think I can part with mine! I've owned my S2000 since '06 and I can't see myself parting with it now because I too, don't ever want to make a thread like this.
