Default Top Down Impact On Speed

My best top up and top down laps from Sebring last January. The sessions were an hour appart with minimal variables ie track/air temp, car setup, driver wellness. I was always curious and not able to make a reasonably solid test in the past. Get out to the track guys!

You weren't really surprised were you?

I wonder how much of a difference windows up would make.

Of course not. Some guy with a wind tunnel figures 17% more drag with the top down.
