Weekend Sub Upgrade
Got bored with my set up so i got an MTX thunder 7500 sub off Craigslist for $65 and got some hardware from Osh for $20 and replaced the Philips screws with Alan Screws and made the restraint system you see here with some wax coated steel wire, aluminum loop adjusters and picture frame wall mounts.
Let me know what you think!
BTW...ignore my amp, planning on upgrading it SUBstantially.

lmfao! It is mounted properly. there isn't only one way to mount a subwoofer. I'm getting really low hitting bass. no need for traditional placement. If it sounded like Ish i would flip it. lol
Plus you have to admit, it looks good right?

i blame Audio Bahn for the inverted mounting trend...inverting the sub is generally used when your box is too shallow due to space constraints.
looks like youd actually have more room if you mounted it normally
i do like the restraint system tho, gives me some ideas for the interior of my truck
