those are racing harts.. i forgot the model name, but another wheel that looks similar are the enkei rpf1's

aren't those CP-035R's?

I think those are a bit more rare than the non-polished ones...

the wheels are discontinued, although you might be able to find them. some people have them in stock still, but usually not for s2000 friendly specs
