I drive an '05 Toyota Sequoia Limited right now. Hate the damn thing considering I spend $35 more a month on gas than when I drive my S.

This summer will be the last summer that I dialy her and will be purchasing something new this coming October/ November. I am looking at
-2011 BMW 335x
-2012 Audi A4 Quattro 2.0T
-(New) VW GTI (4 door)
-Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (if I say f it to gas)
-Maybe 2012 BMW 535x

Only rules is the new car has to have 4 doors (:|) and an auto so that my Fiancé will be able to drive it.

This WAS my daily, until about 6 days ago:

Sadly, I forced myself to like it only because i spent a lot of money on it, only to realize that I hated the thing. Huge waste of money, and I will never put my money in one again.

With that said, I'll be looking for a new DD come later this year.

We (my wife) has a Wrangler Unlimited, in 2WD it gets decent mileage (21 hwy) for what it is, not great in 4WD but that's to be expected. Only look at 2012 and newer on the Wranglers, that's when they changed the engine to the Pentastar 3.6.

I agree my mom drives an 08 JKU and it leaves a lot to be desired. My only problem with the jeep is that used ones don't depreciate that much and if I am going to get a jeep I want a capable jeep to my standings and those kinds of jeeps are out of my price range

This basically explains my story with my E36 M3. I had the M3 when I had my 05 S2000. Both at the same time. Like you said, I forced myself to like the car and spend more and more money on it to make it handle like an S2000 since at that time I had had 5 of them before. Since I had spent so much money on the M3, I always would drive it too and thought I liked it. I realized how big of a money pit it was when I actually got rid of it and started driving the S2000 more often again. I spent almost have the price of an S2000 on that thing just to make it handle similar to an S2000 and still wasn't as good and I would be fixing the broken crap on it every weekend.

It looked good
