CR steering wheel on AP1

I came across a good CR steering wheel and I would like to put it in my 01 AP1. Are they plug and play?

The airbag won't work because 06+ use dual stage airbags and older ones are single. I don't know if an AP1 or 04-05 airbag fit, the overall shape looks the same but might not be.
