Default Seat Belt Rubbing Bolster on Aftermarket Seat

I'm wondering if there is a way to minimize the rubbing the seat belt does along the top part of an aftermarket seat. With the stock seats, it has the plastic holder molder into the seat so it doesn't rub the seat. With an aftermarket seat, it doesn't have that so as you move around the seat, it is constantly rubbing. I'm wondering if anyone has come up with a clever way to reduce / minimize this.

Thanks

takata gel harness pads. They have a tongue extension thing that can flap over the back of teh seat and the belt will thread through the rest. BUt now youll have green takata advertising on your shoulder.
