Seat locks
I made my own set of seat locks a few months ago, I found myself having to remove the seats recently during an upgrade of my interior. With ample lighting (it's dark under there) and the proper tools to remove my parts it still took me over an hours to remove the two seats. I think it is safe to say that a thief would be sufficiently slowed down by my seat locks and it might be enough to thwart them. I've got seat lock window stickers, which hopefully discourages them before they do the damage trying to get them out.
Kodokan seat locks are exactly like wheel locks, they use a similar type key that works on 4 locks per set (2 per seat), They have a number of different keys designed so everyone has a different key.
