Has anyone folded their tonneau cover for trunk storage. I have not but the instructions on the inside liner show it being done.

yes. many, many times. it takes up a bit of room, but it can be done. I have a durable plastic bag I put it in to keep it from getting too scuffed up. Try it on a really warm day so you can feel what it takes.
