Well depends on what products you are looking at. And if it's for lowering springs (which I'm assuming), it depends on what model year you have (ap1 or ap2). If you are talking about lowering springs, I think the spring rates and drop is perfect for oem ap1 shocks using the Eibach Pro-kits. It's a progressive spring rate, so basically the more load you put on the springs, the stiffer it gets. I have about 25,000 miles and 2 hard track days with these springs, and they've proved to work well for me.

Also, just curious as to why showing a license plate # on here is such a big deal. People drive down the road every day w/ a license plate # showing and they have the plate #s showing at auto shows.

TYPE: STECH
PART #: SKA58-AUB00
MAKE/MODEL: HONDA S2000 AP1
YEAR: 00+
SPRING RATE: 296 / 363
DROP (F/R): -1.0 / -1.0
eibach pro kit:
spring rate: 262/342
drop (f/r) -1.0/-1.0
I've been running on the teins for 2yrs already. Installed em with 72k miles and have 110k now. Shocks still ride great. I think the stiffer spring rates help the longevity of the shocks since they probably have a little less travel than they would with the eibach's.
