Default Hard Top question

I just got my s2000 a few months ago and was wondering if i have to completely remove the the soft top to install a hard top?

I searched but all I could find was how to install the hard tops. It really doesn't tell me that I have to remove the soft top.

all you have to do is retract your soft top and install your hardtop. At least this is how it is for the Mugen and OEM hardtop

your soft top stays in place while you install the hardtop, some people remove them for weight purposes but it's not needed in case you want to revert back to soft top

You leave the top down and youll have a bit more room in the cabin. For street purposes, you dont have to remove it. There are street and OEM style brackets. Silicone grease to reduce noise, and felt tape to reduce rubbing and squeaking on the rear bends.

You should do a bit more research if your considering this, just watch an installation video or a comparison video.

Forbidden(1300$) is far more affordable than OEM (4000$)
