Terry & I are thinking very strongly of coming along. We had to miss the Dragon Fall Run due to car troubles, but things are repaired and running now.

Just got confirmation from work that I will have that weekend off. Whoo! Need to book a room still…
I’ll be coming up Thursday from South Carolina for my first ever trip to Kentucky. I’m looking forward to it and seeing everyone in a few short weeks!

Oh and Ken, the car is an absolute dream! I’m very pleased I got her, and she gets lots of compliments on the condition. Thanks again for looking at her!

It was my pleasure. A nice drive down to see the car, a really nice person selling the car and a car in showroom condition.

Mr. Shifflette drove down from Virginia with the removed OEM parts last week, and hand delivered them!! Very much a stand up guy. It was good to chat and see him again.

Room is booked, and a scenic, mostly non-interstate route is being developed! Anyone recommend roads from South Carolina through to Kentucky to hit up or to avoid? So far, going to get off I-40 at Canton, NC and make my maiden run up The Gambler 209, then Hwy 25 for several hours to Pineville, KY where I’ll get on KY66 then to KY11 or something like that.

Looking forward to it. I need to get the front left brakes replaced from Gettysburg.

Also, Amy will not be in attendance. Kitchen reno is behind and that is her top priority.

Not going to make this one, unfortunately. Have concert tickets for Friday night.
