They are the frontrunner for anchor hotel. It is $94 a night. My other choice is virtually the same price. I will look up other rates if this is not your cup of tea. I'm going to sign a deal very soon if there aren't considerable objections.
The ongoing Blue Ridge Parkway resurfacing project around the Asheville area should not be an issue come April. I would avoid the area now at all costs due to complete removal of the pavement in places. Mileposts 375-383.
This is not on my route for April anyway.
