What To bring?

Anything you wish. Shinestreet will provide carne asada, tortillas, and salsa. Chips, sodas, snacks etc would be a good idea.

i really want to go with you guys and check this out but i'm going with a buddy to an audi sponsored driving event.

audi has rented out the CA speedway and they're bringing in professional drivers to teach us knuckleheads how to drive. as i understand it, we're going to be using our own cars (my buddy's a4 2.8 quattro), a supplied s8 and s6 and the new 2002 a4. the day is going to be topped off with a few high speed runs on the track. i've done some bmw and lexus driving events and they were fun (especially the bmw events) but this sounds like a much more hands on high performance driving clinic.

I wouldn't ask to drive someone else's baby. I have a coworker who keeps bugging me about DRIVING my car... man...
