I'm just going to go ahead and put out there aren't the seat brackets different on 06+?

Yes, you beat me to it. The seat rail is different for the passenger side 06+

I figured out how to fix this....but it won't be the best solution for everyone.

I bought a set of CR seats. I hated how the passenger side would not recline and how the top of the seat was above the roll hoop. So when I was swapping my AP1 rails onto the CR seats, I also swapped the reclining mechanisms. It was pretty easy, only a couple bolts IIRC.

Now I probably have the only set of CR seats that fully recline on both sides.

So you're saying it's just part number 3 in that picture that's stopping the seat from reclining more than it should? Does it just lock at a certain point in the 06+? And the one you used to swap out is from any 00-05 seat?

I bet there is a simple tab and notch that can be cut to allow more travel as long as there are enough teeth to lock it there.
