Default Moddiction still in business?

Hey all,

I bought a shift knob online through moddiction on 9/3/19. It stated the item is in stock. I never received any shipping details. So i reached out to them last week by email(twice), phone, and through pm on this forum. No answer or reply.

It is now 9/16/19. Is this a dispute i can file through paypal to refund me?

Lots of people have been having issues with them.

I would file a paypal dispute that usually kicks them into doing something.

I kind of had the same issue I bought the clutch kit it took like 3 weeks never sent a shipping # ect
I get they have good prices but they need to do a better job with time frame and customer service.

I bought the oem clutch/ACT PP combo through Moddiction a few months back. Received everything within a week or so.

And if I recall correctly, I do believe he is somewhat active on the facebook S2000 groups. Perhaps you can reach him there if all other communications fail. Hopefully this all gets resolved.

Reach out to Ryan Brecher on FB for the fastest response. His drop-ship side of the business has worked well for me. I've gotten ID injectors and a KW kit from him with no issues. He also helped me option out the KW kit how I wanted it as well as source me the 95mm pulley from KW.

The main issue with his stuff is his own products. It seems like there's nothing but problems trying to get his shift knobs, which is unfortunate because they seem to be one of the most favorited among the community.

I have only every ordered a sway bar from them back in 2014. It came pretty quick, but had incorrect hardware. A few people had that issue. They finally did respond to send new HW, but well after I got tired of waiting and purchased my own so I could install it. They did take care of it, just a bit slow on the responses. The endlinks were not great and I ended up ordering different ones from a member on here. But cannot speak to anything else from them.

Their customer services is just really bad 2/10, tried to contact them thru fb and ig and didnt get a response. They responded on my email after 3 days and didnt get any shipment after 2 weeks. Great price but the service is bad.

I had a problem with a recent order. I ordered a stoptech rotor and pad kit for my wife's Fiat 500 Abarth. Several weeks went by with nothing and no response to contacting. Filed a claim and he got real responsive then giving me some nonsense about stop making the kits to order which I was doubtful of. Canceled and still took a while for them to process the refund. In the mean time ordered the same kit from a different site and had it in hand before the ordeal with moddiction was finished. I won't be ordering from them again which is a bummer since I had good experiences with them in the past.
