Shown below is the radiator coolant overflow tank that is now available to order for the group buy.

2 different items.

1st is an aluminum radiator cooling overflow tank

2nd item is an aluminum catch can/overflow tank.


These would be offered in aluminum as shown as well as powder coated options(coated option would be extra)

They are produced by AB-Speed and come with a lifetime warranty.

So post up if you would be interested in a possible group buy on these.

Pricing for the catch can/overflow tank for a sale price I expect to be around $325

Normal price will be about $350 on them.

Overflow tank should be around $140 for a sale price and 140-150 regular price.

The quality on these is second to none as you can tell by the welds and available for less than anywhere else.

These come as shown. Do not come with hoses to valve cover or any other fittings. Breather filter IS included however.

Why do some of the pictures of the coolant reservoir show a fitting for the hose, but other pictures don't? If that fitting is something that needs to be added by the buyer, then I believe it's probably not a good design. The coolant reservoir needs to have a line all the way down to the bottom of ther reservoir, so that the radiator can draw coolant back in from the reservoir as the coolant cools down.

The metal L tube is one piece that extends to about .5" off the bottom of the can and then a small hole drilled in the cap make this can function the same as the stock unit. The pictures depict the build process. The tube, the cap and the fittings will all be included in the final product and will ship to the buyer just as seen in the installed pictures.

Also forgot to mention the can comes with everything to install the overflow. to complete a kit for the catchcan/overflow you would need two -10AN fittings for the valve cover, 2 90 degree -10 fittings and two pieces of about 2' of -10 stainless hose which we can include but at an extra cost.

just curious but shouldn't there also be a way to see how much fluid is in the reservoir tank?

There is an option for that at an additional $30

does the catch can side have a baffle and can it be drained easily? have any pics of the inside of these?

Prices are looking to be at $299 for the catch can/overflow tank as shown in pictures.

It is not baffled. But from all my research being baffled is really not as big of a thing as lots of people think. It will still pull the oil out as you will notice from emptying the can every once in a while!
And yes there is a drain plug to drain the oil from the catch can!
