Aftermarket headers help with battery heat shield

There is plenty of scientific evidence that proves header wrap will cause damage long term, as well as void the warranty of any header manufacturer you purchase.

I tried taking a picture but there is no way to get a good angle that shows the room however I can say it’s a big enough gap to fit my fingers in there and if need be it could easily be bent to give more room

Thank you for the help I was able to do the work today after work
it all went well with the heat shield and yeah I don’t understand why that guy said “cannot reinstall”
all went well I took a few photos not too sure how to upload them here with my iPhone

Just wanted to know after the skunk2 header did it feel any faster i have heard it's not much over a OEM

oem manifold its pretty well flowing, however it can be a bottleneck for supercharged cars. You can pick up a few extra hp from a manifold as NA however you wont see any real benefits without being tuned to take advantage of it

Tbh it feels the same . sound feels less when driving low rpms
But at high rpms with vtec is sounds much louder
maybe is the brand of headers I was hoping for something much louder but if I can do it all over I’ll just save my money and keep stock headers
