Anyone heard of the Fujitsubo Legalis-R Type S?
I was looking around the Fujitsubo site in Japanese, with the assistance of Google Translate, and came across this exhaust that I hadn't seen mentioned here, or anywhere, before:
Legalis R typeS on Fujitsubo site Has anyone seen/heard of this one? The extra tubes on the side of the muffler canisters look a bit like that special ASM exhaust. But looking at the specs on the Fujitsubo site, this one is much louder at 3k RPMs than the standard Legalis R... 88db vs 79db (vs 76db stock) https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.s2k...d302853642.jpg https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.s2k...85466ab8f3.jpg https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.s2k...a83dec0140.jpg https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.s2k...c861015122.jpg |
ttt- interesting

That's interesting. Looks as though it should be quiter than the regular Fuji exhaust, but apparently it's not. Looks nice though, but also looks expensive. Wonder if they have one specifically for an AP2 rear bumper.

Hoping an Evasive or other reseller will chime in with what they know, cost, availability, etc.

Looks like a similar design to the ASM Siren exhaust.

Those extra resonators actually tune out noise at a fairly narrow RPM range. Maybe they were trying to reduce boominess at idle or deceleration. I'm not a fan of adding extra weight to an aftermarket system though.

does it sound a little raspy to u ?

I hate to revive such an old thread but does anyone own one of these Legalis R type S's?
