I'm sorry guys I haven't been keeping up on this forum lately.
There are replacements for all parts on Axialflow shifters and they are free to original owners.
If you've worn a pivot basket out just send it in, I'd really like to see it.
However you guys are right about some late ones being tight around the guides. We've polished the few that are left in stock.
The lower bushings have been made from lots of different polymers over the years but those to can be replaced with AFE parts.

Looks like there's renewed interest in these as I've had several calls of late.
I'm going to hold all orders we get for the next 3 weeks and if enough come in to cover the cost of material
then we will make a run of 20. That will take about 2 weeks.
If we don't get many then we will return all funds to buyers.
I think we did this before and it worked out OK.
Also I keep getting asked about brass lower bushings, let me know if you still want this?
Thanks,
Richard

It's a go now. We will start production this week on a new batch.
My shop foreman tells me two weeks so lets figure three (he lies).
Not really but all machinists take longer then they think they will.
There are still a lot of slots left so orders are welcome.

Just installed the https://www.axialflow.com/pop_tart_retrofit.htm on my AP1. Worked like a charm. The noise has dramatically decreased, and feels much better.
