Default Ballade Sports Velocity Stack Filter with FIPK fitment?

Hi, I currently have a FIPK in MY06 and it's time for me to clean the filter but I was curious as to if the velocity stack filter from Ballade Sports would fit on the induction hose of the FIPK? Or if the Ballade Sports hose/filter kit would fit with the FIPK box? Does anyone have this set up? Thanks!

It doesn't, back when I was NA, I went to their shop and they tried it on and it didn't fit but was close.

The filter itself didn't fit? How about using the the hose/filter with just the FIPK box? Thanks for the response!

The test we did was take off the K&N filter in the heatshielded box, basically taking the filter off the tube/piping and tried to fit the ballade on, I believe the ballade one was either too small or too big, can't remember, so you would need to source different piping/tubing or some sort of adapter.

FYI, the K&N already has a velocity stack built in to the filter.

That rubber piece? Yeah I suppose it's velocity stack -esque.
