spoon header
Alright guys... Im NOT new to this but i need alil help..lol So i got an offer to buy a Spoon header for like dirt cheap, for the s2k. Any thing i need to look for authenticity? Also, ive seen gains and dynos from ap1's, what about ap2's? Any thing would be much appreciated. thanks

I think there was an AP1 version and an AP2 version... You may want to do a search on the difference, but I think i remember reading the AP1 version wont show gains on an ap2... (dont know why)

Hmm... interesting.. well im gonna check it out tomorrow.. Whats the diffirence in the two.. Im looking around online right now and cant seem to find any thing diffirent bout them. I see the welds are all lined up, all the way down..

myslow1, I think you're thinking of the Mugen header. Spoon only has one header.

mugen has two version. ap1 and ap2 simple as that. you cant put ap1 on and ap2 and vice versa. well you are physically able to but there will be no again in the ap1 header on ap2.
spoon header was/is consider junk along with dc and ebay brand like obx. really ok for light weight but really nothing in the way of whp gains.

well hell...im still gonna get it.. 2bills for a 1500.00 plus header well worth it...Also i confirmed it was a real spoon header and not a knock off.. had the spoon badgeing on the pipe and all the welds lined up.. thanks guys.
