Default Best Rear Bumper for Aerodynamics (Anti-Parachute)

I guess I just found out aerodynamics of the s2000 undercarriage is really poor which leads to rear bumper to parachute...

so I guess after finding that out, its like messing with my brain and its like I feel the parachuting happening...

I would love a carbon fiber undercarriage, but that means I would have to eat top ramen for the rest of my existence!

Some track guys just remove half of the oem bumper if aesthetics aren't a big concern to you.

They gave you 3 options:

Cut half the OEM bumper off
Vent it
Get a new bumper

Why do they suck?

Just like it states in the rules, "Do not suggest things that other people may not agree with".

I agree with that but OP didn't have any brand preference or otherwise and we all threw in our 0.02. If this was a hellaflush thread and we all said hellaflush is stupid and unviable then we would look the fool. But again OP just asked for what would reduce the parachuting effect of the oem rear bumper and the spoon rear bumper would eliminate a good amount of the parachute effect.

With that said we've given you some of, if not, the best options at reducing parachuting with the oem bumper. You're more than free to research other bumpers and we'll be more than happy to help you see if it would eliminate the effect.

Also a good way to reduce this effect is to get a front air dam or splitter to reduce the amount of air flowing underneath the car.
