just wanted to see what you guys thought of my new cf spark plug cover.

at first I was going to buy the original mugen power cf cover, when it was $300 but since there price for it jumped to $429, its a bit overpriced for what it is(considering it has no function). so i made my own since i really like the look.

Dang you made that carbon fiber one? It looks good!

Would you mind explaining a little bit of the process you used to make it?

well i didnt actually make the carbon fiber, since i would need a mold(casing) in order to make it.
the way it works once you make/have a mold in a simplified version, is you coat the mold with resin/hardner then place carbon fiber cloth, then lightly coat it with resin then two more coats of resin.

the center part where it says mugen is raised, mugen power is the only one that has that. thats one of the reasons I like it so much, sucks that mugen increased their prices, for $429 you can buy a bumper, spoiler or as pair of side diffusers.
$300 was expensive but bearable, now its not worth it.

I had a real one wish i never sold it... sometimes I think it is my favorite part i ever bought for the car it was like a piece of art...

my opinion, lose the mugen sticker its obviously a fake and the sticker makes it lok even cheesier

Thanks for your opinion. it does look weird when taking pics of it, since the decal is like a metallic white, w/o the flash it looks nicer.
