WIth this bar, can u still recline the seat all the way back against the plastic covers for the factory roll bars? I usually keep my seat almost all the way back, reclined fully then one click forward(so the plastic doesn't rub on the leather) could i still do this with the 4pt? w/o harness bar?

I lost around 1 inch of seat travel with my 5pt non harness bar. I just sit a little more upright.
