Default D.I.Y Diffuser's

this is just a thread showing my custom diffuser i made. Anyone who wants to save a couple $$$ or so. Can attempt this. So far I've made my own front splitter/diffuser, and today finished and mounted my side skirt diffuser's. I bought a sheet of ABS plastic 68x49 inches for pretty cheap. considering you'll have a lot of scraps left over to make the bumper canards if your brave enough n.n

if anyone need help on creating there own full set of diffuser let me know. ill help as best as can.

heres my front bumper splitter/diffusers and side skirt diffuser's mounted.

neat stuff! always wanted to try and make a front splitter for my asm front with the lip just like yours...but afraid it might stick out too much and destroy itself on a curb or something lol. how is yours holding up to day to day challenges?

My bumper just fine, had the splitter on for about 13 days now, and no problem what so ever. If you make it you can place it how ever you like so it doesn't stick out a lot.

Abs is cool to use but the problem is that they will warp once it gets hot

Love what you did just a FYI.

Yes true, but it takes a lot of heat 250F+ to make it warp lol. It also depends on thickness of the ABS plastic as well. A lot of aftermarket stuff is made out of abs plastic. So unless your now driving into an oven or sitting there with a heat gun pointing in to one spot, then your fine.

Thanks for your comment
