-cruise control delete, and swapped main throttle cable with shorter cruise control cable to lose the cable loop

-air pump delete using izze simulator

-windshield wiper fluid reservoir/pump delete (never use washer fluid anyway)

Future:

-re powder coating valve cover jdm wrinkle red, right now it's vht high temp paint.
-powdercoat radiator stays, batter tie down, and battery holder flat black
-re powder coat spark plug cover a more gold color
More info on the air pump delete using izze simulator.

And I've thought about the throttle cable loop thing for a while. Did the CC cable bolt right on or did you have to modify one of the ends?

The cc cable fit, but it was too tight as first so it idled too high. After manually stretching it a bit, it worked perfectly. I've ran it for about 4 months now. As far as the air pump, the simulator works great, I've ran it for about 5 months with no cel...knock on wood

Awesome. I may look into finding an extra CC cable for my throttle. I can't stand the loop...

And I did some research on the air pump simulator and for 64 bucks I'm still trying to contemplate if it's worth it. I had a full tucked/shaved del Sol and I'm itching to start tucking on this car but at the same time I'm yelling at myself to LEAVE IT ALONE!! haha.

Air pump delete kit is definitely worth the small amount of money it costs. It removes so much crap from the bay its insane. Be sure to get one of the intake manifold block-off plate things from Puddydad to be able to remove the most stuff with the air pump delete kit.

I can make my own delete plate. Haha if I get some spare cash I may dive into it. Seems easy

Good luck, i love the look of a shaved engine bay but i never had the means to do it myself or pay someone else to. I decided to go an alternative way

What I want to do:
Powdercoated valve cover (black) - done
Powdercoated intake manifold (black) - purchased a spare, already powdercoated.
Painting the spark plug cover (I was thinking orange with black letters)

Relocate the underhood horn - done, moved behind grill.
Relocate battery
Relocate underhood fusebox to passenger footwell
Relocate secondary fusebox to driver fender
Relocate cruise control to A. Driver fender or B. under crossmember
Relocate ABS to driver fender if there is room. I'll be making all new brake lines to ensure equal length
A/C lines relocated with kit (its on here somewhere, forget who makes it). I would remove the a/c all together, but as for now this is my DD
Relocate EPS module

Before - stock valve cover.

Now black valve cover and intake is cold air instead of ram. I've also removed those brackets by the master cylinder that were for a master cylinder cover that I ended up not liking.

Horn relocated

Here's where it is. I might change my mind. It's on the left.

Dude! I love the black/ gold valve cover. I want to do that my self but i want the stock ap2 gold plug cover on my ap1. It wont fit would it? Being as its from an ap2 going on to an ap1?
