Greddy Exhaust question

I bought my dual new when they first came out and the nuts were not welded on. The nuts and bolts hold the tip on and the silencer in, undo the bolts slide the silencer out and bolt the tip back on

...i dont get why they changed it with the single

actually i bought my dual not too long ago and the nuts are also welded onto the silencer

Its exactly the same thing with the single. Dont know what the other people r talking about!

Nope. Have to go buy extra nuts to hold just the tip on. Pretty easy to take the bolts to a hardware store and match them. Make sure to get stainless nuts.

they changed the setup of this for an unknown reason...it's really stupid.

the duals always had separate nuts and the single had separate nuts in the beginning, but then they started welding the nut to the silencer....pretty dumb. It makes it easier to install/uninstall the silencer, but they should have included extra nuts for non-silencer use then...

But the exhaust is so cheap, who's going to complain about going to buy 3 nuts that cost like 5 cents each? or you could just dremel them off like someone said since they're only tack welded on.
