Default having problem with exhaust

so i have the t1r 70mm v2 (header back) and i started to get a rattling noise.....
and i can hear the rattle around 3-4000 rpm.... where am i getting the noise from???
because i removed the spring that holds test pipe and muffler together, but that didn't fix the rattle.... and other thing i have problem is my exhaust tip(part that i circled in the picture) being loose...

its just a guess about the rattle, but maybe the heatshield?

and for the loose tip, you are probably gonna have to get it re-riveted

You can check the rear tie bar, I had to use spaces (washer) to inch it down lower cuz my old Invidia V1 was hitting it at a certain rpm. My current T1R V1 single had a loose tip too when I'd first got it but I'd re-riveted it, that fixed that issue.
