Help identify this X brace
Anyone know what brand X Brace this is? It seems to be all 1 piece and no welds. At first i thought it was a DiGrappa, but it doesn’t look like it based on the pics I found.

Thanks guys! Yeah definitely wasn’t Spoons that’s for sure. I guess DiGrappa and Ricks are the same thing with just minor revisions.
I got this as a gift from a friend after helping him with his car. Found lots of good feedback on them so I’ll be cleaning it up and installing it soon.

One bad thing about this or the Spoon brace is you have to remove it to do a oil drain. The Cusco Front Lower Bar Type II Part#: 50250-AP1-000 avoids this.

All the pics of the DiGrappa I've seen have a single gusset. Was there options for more with the DiGrappa?
The pic here: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/s2000-un...0/#post3729446 identifies what seems to be the exact same brace as a Rick's.

Looks like oil will drain just fine from looking at the picture in the link above. Otherwise, it will be a pain to keep removing it every oil change. I’ll report my findings when I go under the car.

I have the spoon x-brace and I leave it on. Get a 3 in. extension and a bottle of brake cleaner. Cleans it right up. It's always good practice to clean whatever you see dirty under there everytime anyways. It gives you a blank canvas the next time you go down there to see if anything was leaking.
