how good is OEM exedy clutch...

Default how good is OEM exedy clutch...

dont have much done with my s2000 just wondering how good is the exedy OEM clutch kit.

I didn't know the OEM clutch was Exedy. But I do know that the OEM clutch is fantastic for anything under 300 whp. It has shown both great wear and great performance.

my other car's oe clutch was exedy also: i got both the cover, all the bearing, alignment dildo and clutch disk for 110

they made alot of oe clutch for import

stock disk with the CDV is not good. when i'm going to change the clutch i'll be putting stock PP, better disk and remove the CDV.

i would do it the other way around... get a stronger pressure plate and keep the stock disk. That will give you OEM style pick up, but with better holding abilities! ACT PP with OEM disk is a great setup!

I have the exedy oem clutch, and I like it. but it does buzz on decel, but most do.
