Just a warning to anyone trying to do this...If the area you are PCing in is not totally free of dust partials the end result WILL look like crap. Powder is attracted to the part by electricity, much like rubbing a balloon on your head and it sticking there, any dust particles will also be attacked to the part. Removing powder coating is MUCH harder than applying it unless you have a large chem vat

Powder coating aluminum wheels is not recommended, I would especially not try it at home.
