ID 1050x - change tophats to 11mm fuel rail?

Hey guys I bought 1050x but they are for 06-09 fuel rail (14mm). It appears that the tophat can be changed out? I need to make them fit 11mm (00-05 fuel rail) Is this possible?? Thanks

Sure just get the new top hats from ID or any of their dealers, it's a very easy change.
