it looks like they require a few extra holes drilled through the trunk ?

Yes they do because it's a wider baseplate.

very cool, any pics of the underside? I hate that my wing wobbles at high speeds

I supply fender washers for the underside. A little dremeling is required to get the washers flat but easily done.

I don't mind bumping an old thread... I'm interested in some real world reviews as my standard mount setup is a little over-taxed.
